Once your reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures. 2. **Trip Cancellations by Us**: In the rare event that we need to cancel your scheduled boat trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, mechanical issues, or any other reason beyond our control, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of such a cancellation. 3. **Changes to Reservation**: If you need to change the date or time of your booking, we will make every effort to accommodate you, subject to availability. However, please note that any changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. After this time, changes will not be permitted. 4. **Force Majeure**: We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to force majeure events, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
